Job Outline:Lead a multi-skilled team, to ensure that the assets, building fabric, services and estate that are the responsibility of G4S Facilities Management (Ire) are safely and efficiently maintained in line with contract and statutory codes. Key Competencies: Technical Estate Management: Extensive experience in large-site maintenance, including operational knowledge of HV/LV systems, Chilled Water, Gas, and Fire Alarm systems. ? Systems Proficiency: High level of PC literacy with specific experience in managing Building Management Systems (BMS), CAFM, and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) routines. ? Compliance & Safety Leadership: Proven ability to implement H&S policies to ISO standards, serving as an Authorised/Responsible Person for critical systems (Legionella, Pressure Systems). ? People & Performance Management: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team, manage rosters, and monitor subcontractor performance through rigorous auditing. ? Stakeholder & Incident Coordination: Excellent communication skills to liaise with the Client, Gardai, and IPS, and the ability to act as Incident Controller during emergencies. Key Responsibilities: To manage the effective 24/7 operation of the Dublin CCJ building, the building maintenance, and manage Hard FM sub-contractors and Security team & Security systems. ? Manage the building maintenance staff including planning work rosters and day-to-day supervision of all staff and sub-contract maintenance personnel. ? Appoint and manage all suppliers and contractors for estate services. ? Management of Lifecycle plan in conjunction with SMT from an operational perspective (CAFM) ? Manage and develop the CAFM system as it is required for the contract. ? Authorised person HV/LV boilers and pressure system ? Act as Responsible Person on Legionella Control & Water Treatment ? Management of Health and Safety, risk assessments, Permits to Work. ? Schedule, implement and record all Statutory Inspections. ? Perform surveys and audits of plant and systems. Including external maintenance auditors ? Manage the procurement and storage of maintenance consumables and plant spares. ? Liaise with Client and key stakeholders (Gardai & IPS) on Security issues and Security Levels ? Develop and manage Access Control procedures (Door suites etc.) ? Develop, schedule, review and report on all PPM routines. ? Implement an effective response to all reactive maintenance issues. ? Implement H&S Policy and Safe Systems of Work Procedures, including documentation to ISO standards ? Act as Incident Controller for Emergencies & Incidents on site. Provide reports as required. ? Represent G4S on Client/Stakeholder H&S Committee ? Develop & Implement Energy Saving Initiatives ? Perform the duties of a Duty Manager when required. ?
