This is a unique and brand-new opportunity for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, large-scale technology initiatives within a globally distributed, fast-paced environment. You’ll work at the heart of cutting-edge platforms that power real-time decisioning, collaborating with top-tier engineering and product teams to deliver highly scalable, resilient solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technical programs
Partner with engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to define scope, timelines, and success metrics
Provide clear, structured reporting and updates to senior stakeholders and leadership
Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity
Track and analyse KPIs to measure program health and delivery performance
Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimisation
Mentor and support other program managers while promoting best practices
Manage escalations and resolve conflicts in a solution-focused manner
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience delivering complex technical programs in fast-paced environments
Strong background in Agile delivery, with Scrum Master experience preferred
Solid technical understanding (Java / Spring Boot knowledge beneficial)
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority
Data-driven mindset with experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha, Rally/ALM, Tableau, or DOMO
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
Experience in technology-led organisations (financial services experience a plus)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
Valid Visa with no sponsorship required (i.e Stamp 4, Stamp 1G or EU Passport)
