Job Description
The Strategic Accounts Success Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and growth.
This position involves developing and implementing strategies to retain, adopt, expand, and maintain Click products throughout the customer lifecycle.
The SM will monitor assigned accounts proactively, assess the success of relationships, and work towards reducing churn for the business.
To achieve this, the SM must understand and align client goals with the ClickDimensions solution, creating client advocates and driving business outcomes through value unlocking.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and managing processes and client relationships
* Developing and maintaining strong written and verbal communication skills
* BUILDING trusted relationships with clients
Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
* 2+ years of marketing automation experience OR 2+ years of account management or other client-facing experience
* Ability to lead, own, and manage processes as well as client relationships
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Client-side marketing experience is a plus
