We are looking for an experienced Strategy & Operations Manager to join our team.
This critical individual contributor role requires significant zero‑to‑one build experience, focusing on establishing core operational functions and strategic alignment between our Customer Success (CS) and New Business Acquisition organizations.
You will work hybrid from our NYC headquarters and report to the Director, Sales & GTM Operations.
You'll Get To…
Strategic Business Partner to Sales Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to Sales leaders, driving initiatives that strengthen the selling motion and improve field productivity.
GTM Operations Ownership: Own core B2 B operating processes and rhythms, including field forecasting, pipeline and deal reviews, QBRs, renewals, and seller inputs—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and disciplined execution.
Forecasting & Pipeline Excellence: Lead field‑level forecasting, inspection cadences, and SFDC hygiene.
Partner with BI on forecasting logic and with GTM Systems on system enablement.
Sales Motion & Lifecycle Design: Define and operationalize selling frameworks, stage criteria, qualification standards, lifecycle definitions, and handoff workflows that govern deal progression.
Operational Insights → Action: Translate BI‑driven diagnostics into clear operational guidance, workflows, playbooks, and process improvements that drive behavior change and GTM performance.
GTM Infrastructure & Systems Partnership: Define business requirements for lifecycle stages, routing, territories, and handoffs; partner with the GTM Systems Architect to deliver scalable system solutions.
Cross‑Functional Field Readiness: Drive alignment and friction removal across Sales, CS, Enablement, Analytics, and Systems to improve the end‑to‑end customer journey.
Governance & Documentation: Create and maintain GTM policies, playbooks, and SFDC documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and adoption across B2 B teams.
AI & Automation Enablement: Identify and implement AI, automation, and workflow simplification opportunities to increase productivity and reduce operational friction.
What We're Looking For:
6‑8+ years in GTM Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or CS Ops in Saa S/high‑growth environments.
Demonstrated success as a zero‑to‑one builder of GTM processes, operating models, and frameworks.
Deep understanding of B2 B sales methodologies, customer lifecycle, renewals, and expansion motions.
Strong GTM systems fluency (Salesforce user expertise + ability to define business requirements; no system‑building required).
Cross‑functional leadership across Sales, CS, Enablement, Product, BI, Finance, and Systems teams.
Strong data interpretation skills—able to turn BI insights into operational action (not responsible for data modeling or dashboarding).
Technical & AI fluency: able to evaluate GTM tools, define requirements, and partner with the Systems Architect on automation.
Advanced analytical skills in Excel/Sheets, pipeline diagnostics, forecasting analysis, and GTM performance patterns.
Strong program management, documentation rigor, and ability to drive field adoption.
Knowledge of medical, fertility, adoption, and supplemental insurance plans.
Cash Compensation Range: $148,500 - $239,200 USD
