">">We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to manage the end-to-end process of tender coordination, sales administration, and proposal development.
">Key Responsibilities:
Identify and track business opportunities across various sectors;
Coordinate with managers and sales teams to evaluate and pursue potential deals;
Maintain accurate records of tenders, quotes, and won/lost opportunities;
Assist in preparing and submitting tenders and framework submissions;
Provide administrative support to sales teams in compiling proposals and related documentation;
Ensure timely and accurate submission of all tender and framework documents;
Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation;
Track and report on tender outcomes, providing valuable insights for improvement;
Requirements:
* Previous experience in tender coordination, sales administration, or a similar role;
* Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple deadlines;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems;
* Familiarity with construction and/or engineering tenders is a distinct advantage;
* A background as an engineer would be ideal, though strong administrators with sales/tender exposure will also be considered.
