Main Responsibilities
* Develop and execute an effective Learning & Talent Development Strategy
* Design and deliver leadership programmes, coaching supports, and competency-based career pathways
* Oversee blended learning solutions, mandatory training, induction, and digital learning tools
* Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organisation
Key Requirements
* A relevant Level 8 (or higher) qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Education & Training, Organisational Psychology, or a related field
* At least 7 years' senior experience leading learning and development in a complex environment, ideally in health, disability, or human services
* Proven experience in designing and implementing strategic learning and development frameworks
* A strong understanding of regulatory and workforce requirements
* Experience managing teams, resources, and diverse stakeholders
