The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale transformation projects, with a particular focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of end-to-end implementations, driving successful outcomes and acting as a trusted advisor.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver end-to-end Dynamics 365 programmes and projects, ensuring successful outcomes.
* Define, mobilise, and manage scopes of work across a diverse portfolio of initiatives.
* Coordinate communication and alignment between on-site and offshore teams.
* Identify and mitigate risks related to integration and data migration.
* Guide stakeholders through all phases of the Validate-Construct-Deploy journey.
* Shape delivery and release strategies, offering pragmatic solutions to business constraints.
* Anticipate project challenges, propose mitigations, and keep delivery on track.
* Identify opportunities for further business development within existing accounts.
* Support wider market engagement activities, including proposals and business development.
* Mentor, develop, and grow the skills of junior team members.
* Build trusted relationships and position yourself as a strategic advisor to stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
* Proven track record in Technology & Transformation project management, working across both business and IT teams.
* Experience delivering in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
* Strong knowledge of the full SDLC and end-to-end systems integration.
* Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Finance and CE modules.
* Solid understanding of integration, data migration, and ERP development lifecycles.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior leadership (CIO, COO, etc.).
* Background in working with multi-disciplinary, geographically dispersed teams.
* Availability to work on-site in Dublin at least 2 days per week.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and actionable outputs.
* Ambitious, proactive, and outcome-focused, comfortable working in fast-changing environments.
* Strong knowledge of project tools (e.g. MS Project, Asana, Jira, DevOps).
* Recognised project management qualifications (e.g. Prince2, PMP).
* Consulting experience or experience delivering to multiple clients/customers highly desirable.
* Minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role.
