As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with SMB prospects, and managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close.

What You'll Be Doing
* Generate and qualify new business opportunities through confident outbound engagement: calls, emails, social outreach, and targeted campaigns.
* Build relationships with SMB prospects in the German-speaking market.
* Conduct discovery conversations, understand customer pain points, and propose tailored AI-driven solutions.
* Manage the end-to-end sales process, ensuring a seamless, professional customer experience.
* Stay informed on market developments, competitor activity, and emerging tech trends.
* Collaborate closely with internal sales teams to refine strategy and share insights.
* Maintain accurate CRM data and follow best practices for pipeline management.
* Consistently hit - and aim to exceed - monthly and quarterly targets.
* Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and personal development programs.
What You Bring
* Strong outbound or full-cycle sales experience - ideally within tech, SaaS, or B2B environments.
* Native-level or fluent German, plus strong English skills.
* A target-driven mindset and the confidence to own your performance.
* Ability to quickly understand customer needs and tailor solutions effectively.
* Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.
