We are seeking a talented In-House Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Dublin.
About the Role
As an In-House Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and contributing to our overall business success. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for various roles across the German-speaking markets. This will involve building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline, conducting proactive searches for both active and passive candidates, and providing timely communication, feedback, and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for various roles across the German-speaking markets.
* Sourcing Candidates: Identify, attract, and engage top talent using various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and networking events.
* Building Talent Pools: Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles in the German-speaking regions to meet the future hiring needs of the business.
* Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, role requirements, and desired skill sets, providing recruitment advice and strategies.
* Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
* Language Skills: Excellent level of written and spoken German and English language skills are essential.
* Recruitment Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in a recruitment role, with a focus on hiring for German-speaking regions.
* Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders across different levels and locations.
* Proactive Sourcing Ability: Proven experience in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and headhunting such as LinkedIn.
* Interviewing and Assessment: Experience in conducting interviews and assessments, with a solid understanding of evaluating technical and cultural add.
* Stakeholder Management: Ability to work closely with hiring managers and provide advice on recruitment best practices and market conditions.
