The ideal candidate will be at the APC stage or recently qualified.The role demands a high level of professionalism and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing existing acquisition and sale projects, as well as supporting the sourcing and execution of new opportunities within the wider business. This position reports directly to and supports the Head of Capital Markets.Key responsibilities include:Conducting thorough opportunity analysis and underwritingFinancial ModellingParticipating in deal negotiationsManaging and executing transactionsClient LiaisonLiaising with team management, including architects, building surveyors, solicitors, and valuersHandling both Buy Side and Sell Side transactionsThe role requires a detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
