We specialise in social media, content creation and strategy for clients across a range of industries.As a rapidly growing agency, we're looking for a proactive and creative Account Manager to join the team. You'll work directly with the Managing Director to manage client accounts and lead content creation. This is a great opportunity to grow with a business that's expanding quickly and to help shape how we work as we scale.The RoleYou'll act as the main point of contact for clients and take ownership of social media strategy, content creation and campaign delivery. The right person will balance creativity with organisation. Someone who can come up with ideas and also make sure they're executed brilliantly.This is a hands-on role that would suit someone who enjoys variety and wants to be part of building something from the ground up.Travel and occasional weekend/public holiday work will be required as part of this position.Key ResponsibilitiesClient managementBe the day-to-day contact for your clients, keeping communication clear and professionalUnderstand client goals and turn them into actionable marketing plansAttend and lead client calls, providing updates and reportsSocial media managementPlan, create and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTokDevelop monthly content calendars and campaign plansMonitor engagement and analytics, and make recommendations for improvementContent creationWrite strong, engaging copy for social posts, blogs and campaignsCapture and edit photo and short-form video content using FCPX, CapCut and or Adobe Creative SuiteDesign visuals using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar toolsStrategy and growthSupport paid social campaigns (Meta Ads or LinkedIn Ads experience is a bonus)Contribute creative ideas for client campaigns and Bullfinch's own marketingHelp improve processes as the agency grows, from client onboarding to content workflowsSkills and Experience3 to 5 years' experience in a marketing agency or in-house social media roleStrong copywriting, photography and design skillsConfident communicator with good project management abilityComfortable with various editing softwares and scheduling toolsPassionate about social media trends and creative storytellingOrganised, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environmentWhat We OfferCompetitive salary aligned to your experience with opportunity for rapid growth as the business expands25 Days Annual LeaveFlexible and hybrid workingCreative freedom and the chance to grow into a senior role and build a teamReal input into how the agency develops and the work we produceWho We're Looking ForThis role would suit someone who's been creating and managing social media for a few years and is now ready for more responsibility.
