Founded in 2014, we proudly supply hospitals, physiotherapists, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals with products that make a real difference. Our team is growing, and we're now looking for a Customer Services Executive to join our friendly office in Ballinatone, Co. Wicklow.

Daily Activities
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via phone and email.
* Deliver excellent service while managing orders and resolving issues.
* Process orders using Enterpryze (ERP system), coordinate shipments, and support invoicing.
* Manage rental products (Bone4ce and women's health devices).
* Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 3 years' customer service experience (office or logistics environment).
* Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
* Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English.
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* A proactive, reliable, and friendly team player who takes pride in their work.
* Full driving licence and own transport (rural location).
