The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing all hotel operations, with particular focus on Food & Beverage.
This position requires a strong leader with a passion for luxury hospitality, operational excellence, and team development.

Opportunity to work within a globally recognised luxury hospitality brand Career progression within a high-end, award-winning environment Exposure to best-in-class service standards and operational excellence Collaborative and professional team culture Up to €80,000 Salary Key Responsibilities: Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the hotel, ensuring seamless operations across all departments Provide strategic leadership with a strong focus on Food & Beverage operations Drive exceptional guest experiences in line with 5-star luxury standards Ensure all departments adhere to SOPs, service excellence, and presentation standards Manage guest communications, queries, and complaints in a professional and timely manner Monitor and enhance overall guest satisfaction and service delivery Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Optimise operational efficiency through effective rostering and resource management Drive revenue growth through upselling initiatives and team engagement Collaborate closely with Events and Food & Beverage teams to enhance guest offerings Lead, motivate, and develop teams, fostering a positive and high-performance culture Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation including Health & Safety, Food Safety, and employment laws Act as senior decision-maker in the absence of the General Manager Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related discipline Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a senior management or director-level role within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort Strong background in Food & Beverage leadership within a luxury environment Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences and manage high-performing teams In-depth knowledge of luxury service standards, hotel operations, and compliance requirements Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Professional, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach Must have full eligibility to live and work in Ireland Skills: Team Managemenr/ Organisation/ Time management
