Leadership Role: Quality Assurance Supervisor
The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality and safe production practices. This role requires a strong focus on continuous improvement.
* Ensure compliance with food safety standards by monitoring and supervising production activities.
* Implement quality management systems in line with BRC, HACCP, and GMP requirements.
* Carry out product inspections to guarantee adherence to QAS, recipes, and specifications.
* Identify and address quality-related issues, initiate corrective actions, and verify their effectiveness.
* Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement resolution strategies.
* Support projects aimed at enhancing product quality and process efficiency.
* Conduct raw material inspections, manage stock control, and ensure supplier compliance with traceability regulations.
* Evaluate production processes against established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) plans.
Key Qualifications:
* Proven leadership experience in quality assurance or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including BRC, HACCP, and GMP.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
