Service Advisor Job Description

As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering customer-focused service and ensuring seamless communication between our workshop technicians, service team, and customers.
The Role:
* Provide expert advice to customers on the care and maintenance of their vehicles.
* Act as the first point of contact for customers, either in person or over the phone/email, and convert enquiries into service bookings when appropriate.
* Ensure that all customer concerns are accurately captured on the job card and recorded promptly.
* Promote the sales of services, parts, and accessories by understanding vehicle requirements and communicating with the sales department.
* Administer new and used vehicle warranty repairs in accordance with brand guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Professional appearance and work ethic.
* Experience in the motor industry (although not essential, full training will be provided).
* Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Full clean driver's license.
