Finishing Foreman Wicklow (Residential) Finishing Foremanrequired for a very well-established developer to work on a large housing project in Wicklow.
The successful Finishing foreman will have worked on apartments or housing previously, have a keen eye for detail and strong personnel management skills.
Our client has a very large land bank in this location so long term work can be expected here for at least 3+ years.
Responsibilities: Attending weekly Management Team meeting for the Construction Team Maintaining the Site Diary recording personnel levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities coordinating and managing of subcontractors Ensuring work is carried out to the highest of standards Ability to motivate labourers and sub-contractors Requirements: Ideally carpentry background Must have worked for a Main Building Contractor or Developer in Ireland or the UK previously The ability to work to tight deadlines Strong communication skills Strong IT skills for reports Ability to lead a team Good eye for detail Package: Basic salary circa €70,000 - €80,000+ Bonus (discretionary) Travel Allowance / Company Van Company Pension Scheme Health Insurance How to Apply: If youre interested in this role please send your CV to or call Alannah Mongey on for a confidential discussion.
