Project Analyst
Summary
The Project Analyst supports enterprise transformation and ERP-related initiatives by maintaining project documentation, supporting planning and governance activities, conducting feasibility and data analyses, and enabling accurate, timely reporting. This role ensures project deliverables, schedules, KPIs, and financial controls are consistently managed while fostering alignment across global, cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities

Support full project lifecycle activities, including planning, documentation management, issue logging, and status reporting.
Maintain centralized project documentation libraries, templates, schedules, and deliverables for transformation programs.
Track KPIs, milestones, resource plans, and timelines; develop dashboards and performance insights.
Analyze financial data, feasibility assessments, risks, assumptions, and dependencies to support decision-making.
Assist with vendor coordination, including RFPs, SOWs, contract documentation, and invoice tracking.
Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and global teams to define objectives, resolve issues, and align deliverables.
Identify risks, gaps, and performance shortfalls; elevate issues and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare monthly status reports, executive-level presentations, and documentation for governance reviews and audits.

Essential Functions

Communicate effectively through email, phone, and virtual collaboration platforms.
Maintain and analyze data using tools such as Excel, ERP systems, or HRIS platforms.
Participate in cross-functional meetings and enterprise initiatives.
Develop reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable legal and organizational standards.
Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain secure handling of sensitive and confidential information.

Education & Experience
Required:

Bachelor’s degree.
2–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, analysis, or related roles.

Preferred:

Experience supporting enterprise transformation, ERP implementation, or large-scale projects.
Proficiency with project management and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Planview, Jira, Azure DevOps).
Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA.
Experience with feasibility analysis, benefits tracking, or vendor management.
PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification.
