As a
Technical Services Intern
, you will support our global customer support operations and learn how to:
Work on technical customer issues that span hardware, software, and environmental factors across the Everpure product portfolio
Triage, own, and track customer issues in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely updates
Support storage upgrades and maintenance activities by preparing updates, validating pre-checks, and shadowing senior engineers during change windows
Assist in troubleshooting proactive alerts from customer storage arrays
Champion customer issues internally and represent Everpure with concise, professional written and verbal communication
This is a hands-on learning role: you will be paired with experienced engineers, given structured opportunities to practice, and supported with regular feedback and coaching.
What you will learn
During your 6 month internship, you will gain experience in:
Enterprise support fundamentals
– case lifecycle management, severity/priority handling, and working in a 24x7 operation
Everpure products and platform
– core concepts of FlashArray, data services, and the Everpure Platform
Troubleshooting practices
– how to gather logs, reproduce issues, and use internal tools and runbooks to investigate problems
Customer communication
– writing clear, concise updates and participating in customer calls with a senior engineer
Knowledge management
– how Global Technical Services uses KBs, runbooks, and playbooks to scale expertise across CX
Working in a global CX organization
– collaborating across time zones, functions, and roles to deliver a unified customer experience
What you need to bring to the team
Currently
enrolled in or recently completed
a degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in
IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
Basic Linux
/UNIX familiarity (shell navigation, common commands) and interest in learning more about operating systems, networking, and storage
Genuine curiosity about
enterprise technology, cloud, and data management
, and a desire to build a career in technical services or customer experience
Excellent communication skills
(written and verbal) and strong attention to detail in documentation
Motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges
, ask questions, and seek feedback
Strong
interpersonal skills and team mindset
– you work well with others, listen actively, and contribute to a positive team culture
