* As a Regulatory Risk & Compliance Manager, you'll collaborate with a team of problem solvers to tackle complex business challenges from strategy to execution.
You will contribute to high-impact risk and regulatory projects that shape the future of our clients' businesses, supporting them in designing and enhancing their frameworks to meet evolving regulatory expectations.
Responsibilities
1. Risk and Compliance Management Frameworks: Guiding project teams with a focus on Financial Crime & AML, Consumer Conduct, IAF/Fitness & Probity & Outsourcing regulations and guidelines;
2. Mentorship and Coaching: Coaching and mentoring junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development;
3. Client Projects and Programmes: Delivering high-quality client projects and programmes, bringing subject matter expertise and insights to our clients in relation to Risk and Compliance management;
4. Relationship Building: Building trusted and meaningful relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, contributing to strategic conversations and risk & compliance thought leadership;
5. Regulatory Proposals: Preparing and submitting regulatory proposals to clients to meet their current and emerging risk and compliance needs;
6. Risk and Compliance Insights: Key member of the Financial Services Regulatory team, responsible for developing and providing insights on the Risk and Compliance propositions;
7. PwC Network Opportunities: Leveraging the PwC Network to identify opportunities to work with them and to bring their insights and knowledge to our clients; and
8. Business Development Initiatives: Supporting business development initiatives, particularly within the area of Risk and Compliance space.
Degree qualified with ACAMS qualification is an advantage.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years' experience in a regulatory compliance role with specific experience in AML/Financial Crime, Consumer Conduct, IAF/Fitness & Probity and/or Outsourcing compliance areas.
A demonstrable understanding of the Irish regulatory landscape, specifically in AML, Conduct, IAF/Fitness & Probity and/or Outsourcing regulations, is essential.
Experience working with regulated institutions, consulting and/or advising on Risk and/or Compliance Management frameworks, policies and processes is also required.
An analytical mindset, effective communication and report writing skills are crucial for this role.
