Job Description:
Broadline Recruiters are seeking a qualified Hospital Chef for an immediate start. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals in accordance with current food hygiene regulations and guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* The ideal candidate must have 3 years of relevant experience and 5 years of work experience
* Possession of professional chef qualifications, such as a 706'1 and 706'2 or equivalent, is essential
* Holding a minimum level 6 chef qualification is also required
* Must ensure that all equipment is operated, maintained, and serviced in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions and Health & Safety requirements/recommendations
