About Our Manufacturing Facility

Our focus is on developing and operating manufacturing processes to the highest levels of efficiency and performance. We achieve our aims through high-performing teams who concentrate on innovation and improvement.

Maintenance technicians play a vital role in supporting our manufacturing operations and facilities. They work on a permanent night shift with call-out rota to ensure seamless production and support. The team operates a 2 Cycle and 3 Cycle shift pattern.


Key Responsibilities

* Carry out and record regular Preventative, Corrective and Emergency Maintenance tasks
* Test, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machines and equipment
* Use blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate repairs
* Conduct routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment
* Perform repairs and maintenance in plant or office facilities, or on machines and equipment
* Sourcing of equipment, spare parts, repairs and installation/qualification


Requirements

* Minimum NFQ Level 6 or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering, or Mechatronics fields
* Experience in an industrial environment, medical device manufacturing, Polymer, Biomedical, or related Engineering/Science discipline
* Broad knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems, techniques, and practices typically gained through extensive experience
* Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a recognized trade in a highly regulated industrial environment
