The digital transformation program is a critical initiative for the company's manufacturing site in Athenry, Ireland. As the program lead, you will be responsible for bringing the facility to commercial readiness by deploying a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and incorporating capacity expansion and new manufacturing equipment and processes.
You will work closely with local and global stakeholders and leaders to enhance the company's digital solution. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of digital strategy and planning workshops, leveraging user-centered design methodologies to ensure the needs of users are at the center of solution development.
To succeed in this role, you will need to develop project plans, share status with management and cross-functional teams, anticipate and prevent issues with schedule, resources, and scope, drive risk assessment and resolution, challenge current thinking and data, and determine best-in-class future state data alignment to enable digital transformation.
In addition to your technical skills, you will also be responsible for compliance with medical device regulatory standards for all aspects of the program. You will work directly with global partners as appropriate, collaborate on continuous process improvement activities, and have a front-row seat to life-changing CGM technology.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading digital transformation initiatives, with a strong background in project management, operations, and change management. You will be able to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and will have a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
