We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in recruitment or sales who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
\
* Generate new business and meet sales/gross profit targets in line with KPIs.
* Conduct client visits (new and existing), identify leads, and support proposals/tenders including fee negotiation.
* Source candidates and contribute to sales opportunities through cross-selling.
\
Client Management:
\
* Manage client relationships, vacancies, and sites while ensuring high-quality service.
* Gather and analyse client data (headcount, attrition, structure, salary benchmarks, candidate pools).
* Network internally and externally to build partnerships and identify opportunities.
\
Candidate Management:
\
* Source, register, and talent pool candidates in line with KPIs.
* Pre-screen, test, and prepare candidates for interviews, providing detailed client/job insights.
\
Quality & Compliance:
\
* Adhere to processes, QMS, and legislative requirements.
* Carry out vetting, compliance, and payroll-related checks.
\
Required Skills & Qualifications:
\
* 1+ years' experience in recruitment consultancy (within the last 5 years) or 2+ years' experience in direct sales in a target-driven environment.
* Junior Certificate.
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
