We're looking for an Assistant Manager with experience in fresh, fast-casual, assembly-line style food operations — the kind of places known for prep systems, consistency, speed, and healthy, high-quality ingredients.
(Think modern, fresh-food chains — not traditional takeaway.)

What You'll Do
* Lead FOH operations in a modern, healthy fast-casual setting
* Manage service-line flow, guest interaction, and order accuracy
* Oversee pacing and coordinate with the kitchen to maintain smooth ticket times
* Support opening/closing routines and daily operational standards
* Train and coach FOH staff on speed, friendliness, and healthy food knowledge
* Manage tills, POS stations and end-of-day reporting
* Maintain a clean, organised, high-standard service environment
* Help deliver a warm, energetic guest experience
Experience
* Experience in fast-casual, fresh-food, healthy bowl/wrap concepts, or high-volume prep-led kitchens
* Comfortable with assembly-line service, prep coordination and structured systems
* Confident supervising small teams during busy service periods
* Positive, friendly and guest-focused
* Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
* Passionate about healthy eating and high-quality ingredients
