Group Financial Reporting Manager
Reporting into the Director of Group Reporting, the Group Financial Reporting Manager plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, compliant and timely group financial reporting by maintaining IFRS‑aligned policies, overseeing consolidation and internal controls, and providing trusted technical and analytical insight to senior leadership, regulators, banks and external stakeholders.
Main duties
Maintain & publish accounting policies, procedures, and standards in line with regulatory requirements.
Oversight of Group Consolidation tool (SAP BPC), Chart of Accounts and Trial Balance.
Provide project support on IFRS updates, accounting and policy position papers, reporting improvements, acquisitions, disposals, impairment testing, and ad‑hoc queries from the senior leadership team.
Oversight of Lease accounting across the Group ensuring key judgments are applied correctly and maintenance of the lease reporting tool.
Support Business Unit Finance teams and Group teams in providing guidance for accurate reporting in conformity with IFRS.
Support monthly Group consolidation.
Assist with half‑year and annual statutory reporting process including Group Annual Report.
Educational & Professional requirements
Qualified accountant (ACA – ideally Big 4 background).
Minimum two years post‑qualification experience in either industry or accounting practice.
Prior experience at this level is not required.
Experience requirements
Strong financial/technical accounting and reporting background, preferably with consolidation experience.
Group consolidation / reporting role.
Qualified accountant having worked in a Big 4 audit practice with experience auditing a similar industry to ARYZTA.
Managing different stakeholders, working to strict deadlines.
Experience using Excel.
Ideally experience using SAP BPC or similar consolidation tool, Power BI, and AI.

Strong planning and time‑management skills to support recurring reporting cycles.
