Facilities Maintenance Coordinator
The ideal candidate will oversee maintenance of factory buildings and their premises, including production plant services and facility equipment upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with vendors, contractors, and representatives to ensure smooth operations.
2. Maintain cleaning standards in collaboration with the designated contractor.
3. Keep records of facilities-related tasks and operations up-to-date.
4. C Coordinate site facility activities in accordance with EHS departmental standards.
5. Oversight critical plant equipment and third-party inspections to prevent any potential issues.
Requirements include a senior trade electrical/mechanical background, an engineering degree or related field, and 5+ years experience in facilities or a similar role. Key skills encompass knowledge of plant systems, preventative maintenance, and problem-solving abilities.
