Job Title: Global Fund Registration Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Global Fund Registration Specialist. This role requires a strong understanding of fund registration and compliance processes, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise clients on cross-border marketing efforts of various fund structures, including UCITS, ETFs, and AIFs.
* Prepare and coordinate cross-border fund registrations and post-registration projects.
* Maintain a culture of curiosity and innovation within the team by promoting awareness, engagement, recognition, and collaboration among colleagues, clients, and key stakeholders.
* Enhance the visibility and reputation of the GRS team as a trusted leader and strategic partner in the market by sharing achievements, insights, and best practices.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a fund registration role or related field.
* Strong experience working with senior stakeholders and leading cross-border marketing projects.
* Excellent MS Office skills and a strategic mindset.
* A collaborative and inclusive approach, with the ability to engage at all levels, both internally and externally.
