The role of Office & Customer Service Administrator at MCD Garden Sheds involves the following:To optimize the nationwide delivery of our products. Plan routes efficiently, while maximising the number of sheds / garden rooms we deliver each day.Be a point of contact for customers in relation to deliveries.To have excellent attention to detail to ensure that customer orders are correct before being sent for production. This link between the customers and the production team is essential.To be the point of contact for our delivery teams.To organise the shipments via our couriers, particularly of our online sales.To communicate with the warehouse re: stock levels and shipments coming and going.Support customers with customer service issues.Be passionate and knowledgeable about the products we sell, full training will be provided.Provide quotations, process payments, reply to email inquiries.Support the goals and targets set out by the manager / supervisor.Support the sales team where needed.Your profile:Minimum 1-2 years in office/sales/customer service with a proactive and dynamic approach focused on sales or customer service.Must be an enthusiastic individual with excellent attention to detail, matched with strong customer service skills.Strong communicator, and have excellent listening and interpersonal skills. (Fluent English required)Energetic, self-motivated and persistent with "can do" attitude. Able to use your own initiative, hard working and conscientious. Can work towards goals without constant supervision.Enthusiastic when dealing with our customers on a day to day basis, by telephone, email and in person.Excellent knowledge of word, excel, email, Facebook is essential.Company:MCD Garden ShedsDublin's largest manufacturer of garden sheds, garden rooms, distributor and retailer of stoves, fireplaces, gazebos, tarpaulin covers.
