Overview
WFM Senior/Consultant - People Division, Cork/Loughborough Hybrid. The Access Group is seeking a senior/consultant to join our Access People Division, delivering time and attendance software management solutions and providing consultancy and/or implementation expertise.
Responsibilities
* Deliver Workforce Management software implementations using Access methodology, including training and client workshops.
* Understand core WFM concepts such as leave recording, absence tracking, scheduling, and time exception management.
* Manage project tasks to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery while maintaining accurate records.
* Provide best practice advice and process improvement recommendations based on industry standards.
* Collaborate with internal teams and clients to enhance delivery, share feedback, and support product development.
* Deliver software implementation projects using Access methodology, including installations, upgrades, and user training.
* Communicate directly with clients to guide them through processes, best practices, and software adoption.
* Troubleshoot technical issues, test new functionality, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries.
* Use AI and automation tools to enhance delivery efficiency and improve implementation practices.
* Act as a key technical contact, supporting clients and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience in customer-facing SaaS consultancy or implementation, including end-to-end system testing and UAT.
* Strong time management, prioritisation, and autonomous working capabilities.
* Proven troubleshooting, diagnosis, and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; desirable experience in SQL, PL/SQL, or report writing.
* Confident communicator with experience presenting to stakeholders from end users to C-level.
