OEM Automation Engineer 1631
We are seeking a skilled automation professional to contribute to our site expansion project in Co.Dublin. This role offers cutting-edge automation technologies and world-class biopharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
This position provides an opportunity to drive technical leadership and hands-on design, validation, and lifecycle support of automation systems for manufacturing operations.
1. Lead automation activities from design through commissioning and start-up for Formulation, cleaning, and integration.
2. Design and troubleshoot Rockwell Automation PLC/SCADA/Batch systems.
3. SUPPORT INTEGRATION OF AUTOMATION SYSTEMS WITH PAS-X MES.
4. Develop and review User Requirement Specifications, Functional Design Specifications, and other engineering documentation.
5. Manage day-to-day interactions with the system integrator, including technical oversight.
6. Execute IOQ protocols and support validation activities in compliance with GAMP and 21 CFR Part 11.
7. Present project plans and technical updates to senior stakeholders.
8. Maintain adherence to corporate automation standards and blueprint requirements while aligning with local business needs.
9. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations throughout project execution.
Key Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, Biotech Engineering, or related discipline.
* Excellent leadership, technical writing, and communication skills.
* Ability to work on-site at least 3 days per week.
* Independent, self-motivated, and organized, with strong collaboration skills in a project-driven environment.
