The role involves marketing and selling residential properties, conducting viewings, liaising with clients and buyers, and managing sales from instruction through to completion, while delivering a market-leading level of service.

PSRA licence with relevant previous experience

Key Responsibilities
Managing residential sales from instruction to completion
Conducting viewings and liaising with clients and buyers
Preparing marketing campaigns and ensuring high presentation standards
Developing new business opportunities and assisting with agency pitches
Exceeding individual and team targets
Adhering to regulatory, compliance, and health & safety requirements

Assist with Administration of Property Sales/Lettings
Diary Management
Handle Tenant and Landlord Enquiries
Prepare and process sales and letting documentation

Role Context
Sales Support and Administrator: Part-Time Permanent Position to include responsibilities such as RTB registrations, preparation of LOEs & Lease Agreements, troubleshooting management queries, updating social media platforms, occasional property visits for inspections and/or meeting prospective tenants, inventories, meter readings & photographs.
Homes & Auction Specialist to work across residential developments and property auctions in County Cavan and surrounding areas.
