Key duties: Meeting and greeting clients. Handling a high volume of telephone calls. Booking internal meeting rooms and catering. Arranging taxis. Issuing swipe cards. Managing administrative tasks. Addressing queries. About you: Extremely professional and reliable, with experience in corporate environments. Flexible, able to multi-task, prioritize, and work well under pressure. Engaging and confident communicator. Well-organized and able to work independently. Experience in a corporate setting and a natural team player. Dependable and flexible, capable of working in a busy team and shift environment (7:45 am to 6:30 pm). Understanding of confidentiality importance.
