Reperio has partnered with a leading provider of IT infrastructure & security management tools for managed service providers (MSPs) and internal IT teams. They help organisations manage and secure their IT environments using cutting-edge technologies, including AI, and have experienced strong global growth in recent years.
They are now looking for a Software Engineer to join their growing team and contribute to the development of innovative, high-quality solutions for their worldwide customer base.
Responsibilities:
1. Work on large-scale product integrations: third-party APIs, UI workflows, security standards.
2. Design high-impact solutions to improve platform stability and quality.
3. Proactively debug and resolve issues; write unit & functional tests.
4. Help manage the team's backlog of issues; work with other teams (Support, QA, Design, Documentation, Product Management).
5. Keep production healthy: monitoring, logs, debugging critical production incidents.
6. Collaborate on architecture, feature changes, improvements.
7. Be a positive role model and agent of continuous improvement. Use AI tools to streamline development and deployment.
Requirements:
8. Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science / Software Engineering or related.
9. 3+ years' experience programming in C# and .
10. Experience working cross-functionally, doing root cause analysis, debugging, fixing bugs.
11. Experience with cloud platforms (particularly Microsoft Azure: DevOps, Machine Learning, Kubernetes .
12. Comfortable with owning pieces of work, creative, independent.
13. Good stakeholder communication.

15. Maintaining production services, multiple architecture types (. service-oriented)
