53Six is looking for a Social Producer to join our Dublin team, working across some of the biggest sports brands globally and platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes social content and wants to sharpen their craft inside a fast-moving sports marketing agency.
The role:
You'll be responsible for day-to-day social content creation and publishing, with a strong focus on short-form, vertical video and match-led sports content.
Key responsibilities
* Manage social media accounts for 53Six clients
* Manage 53Six's own social channels and assist with wider company marketing activity
* Produce, edit, and publish content — particularly vertical video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
* Work extensively with match archive and sports footage, turning it into engaging social-first clips
* Write clear, engaging copy to accompany social posts
* Optimise posts for performance, including tagging, formatting, and basic SEO where applicable
* Work closely with our YouTube Product Manager to support both long-form and short-form video output
* Assist with picture research for longer form edits
* Content ideation for clients and 53Six
* Capture BTS content at shoots and footage at sporting events
About You
* Minimum of 1–2 years' experience working in social media and content creation
* Strong video editing skills, especially for vertical formats
* Comfortable working with sports footage and fast turnaround content
* Strong written skills and an understanding of platform-native tone
* Deep understanding of social platforms and the respective algorithms
* Organised, proactive, and keen to learn inside a collaborative team
