Your Role
You will be helping customers find the car they love while smashing your sales targets. That means:
Building relationships with customers and understanding what they really want
Selling and valuing used vehicles, maximising trade-ins and upsells
Keeping on top of market trends and pricing
Hitting and beating monthly and yearly sales targets
Prospecting and following up on leads from our customer database
Guiding customers through finance options and handovers
Following best practices to give a top-notch customer experience
The ideal Candidate
Ambitious, driven, and motivated by targets
Great communicator who builds rapport easily
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Full clean Irish driver’s licence
Experience in a main dealer or multi-franchise dealership (a big advantage)
Track record of hitting or beating sales targets
Working Hours
39-hour working week
9:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday work as part of a rotating schedule
