About the role
As a Client Service Officer, you will play a key part in the Trustee Services Division.
You will:
Manage a caseload of approximately 50 estate or trust matters, ensuring timely and accurate administration
Proactively progress matters and communicate efficiently with clients and beneficiaries
Deliver exceptional customer service in a collaborative, supportive, and team-focused environment
Handle diverse client needs with empathy, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to positive outcomes
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, building trust, and navigating complex matters while contributing to a high-performing team.
What We're Looking For
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an empathetic and client-focused approach
Experience in customer service, administration, or estate/trust management
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently
