Store Manager - Limerick (40 hours)

As Store Manager, you will create unforgettable customer experiences, inspire and coach a talented team, and drive top-line sales while delivering excellent store administration and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
You will work closely with the Area Manager to implement the local business strategy, continuously reach performance targets, and lead by example.
Key duties include:
Define daily objectives and actions to drive KPIs and develop monthly plans based on productivity targets.
Ensure excellent store administration, manage inventory, and oversee day-to-day operations.
Drive employee wellbeing and engagement with regular 1-to-1s and celebrate team successes.
Qualifications
Prior relevant Store Manager experience or equivalent within retail or hospitality.
People management skills (communication, motivation, coaching, connection, inspiration).
Experience in sharing knowledge to drive behavioural change and develop others.
Decision making and problem-solving skills.
