Currently, they have a need for a clinically capable, enthusiastic, and patient-focused candidate to join their Sleep Apnoea clinical team and provide support for the patients, and the clinical support team who are field-based.THE ROLE
The successful candidate will be a current registered nurse or respiratory physio.
Any previous respiratory training experience is a bonus.
Full product and company training will be given.You will be based in the office and remotely, providing technical support, running diagnostic reports on the sleep clinics conducted by your team, and answering calls from patients on the helpline (telephone, online chat, email, etc).
The company has invested in many different digital platforms to ensure communication with patients is seamless and stress-free, with options for everybody.
As a result, you must be comfortable managing your patients on multiple platforms.This is a Monday to Friday role, 9-5, and based in the office 2 days per week and work from home 3 days per week.TERRITORY
