I am working with a wonderful client based in Dublin City Centre to find their next new permanent team member. They are searching for a Corporate Receptionist to be based in their head office. If you have worked in a reception or a corporate office administration role, liaising with senior managers and executives, and enjoy working at a corporate reception desk and wish to progress your career in this field, this is the role for you

THE ROLE |
Based at Reception, you will work alongside the business support team across the business. This role has a mixture of customer service and admin duties including administrative support, facilities coordination, meet and greet support as well as answering and transferring calls at reception. Based on business requirements, this position is a fully office-based role, Monday to Friday, 9am to
RESPONSIBILITIES|
6. Supporting front of house office operations including greeting clients and service providers, organising meetings and phone coverage
7. Responsibility for assisting with facilities management requests when needed
8. Providing direct day-to-day administrative support such as room bookings
9. Managing ad hoc tasks and supporting additional admin duties for the business when needed
REQUIREMENTS |
10. 2 years experience in a Reception or Corporate Office Administration role
11. Previous experience in assisting C-Suite Executives with requests at Reception
12. Proficient in MS Office
13. Excellent presentation with a customer focused telephone manner
14. Ability to work in the office full time
