About The Role
Evening Culinary Team Cleaning Supervisor
Pay rate: €15.80 per hour
Working: 39hrs per week Mon - Thurs-12.00pm-21.00pm; Friday 10am-6.30pm
Role is required during academic year only with option to transfer to alternative site out of term time during summer months.
Top Key Role Responsibilities:
* Managing day to day cleaning schedules of kitchens
* Maintaining cleaning records
* Monitoring/Auditing standard of work to ensure compliance with SOPs and client requirements
* Rostering of staff
* Liaising with client to respond to requests in a professional and prompt manner
Top Key Requirements:
* HACCP Training preferred but not essential
* Previous Experience of cleaning in a kitchen environment preferred
* Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory role essential
* Proven track record of managing people and organising activities of a team
* Previous customer service experience
