Job Title: Healthcare Assistant

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
* Providing personal care to residents, including washing, toileting, dressing, undressing, and assisting with daily living activities;
* Assisting residents with physical, emotional, and spiritual needs;
* Monitoring residents' wellbeing and reporting any concerns to senior care staff;
* Participating in social activities and promoting continence among residents;
* Responding to nurse calls and providing assistance as required;
* Answering the door and telephone, and passing on messages promptly;
* Cleaning and maintaining equipment used by residents and relatives;
* Ensuring the nursing home is kept clean and tidy, in line with our attention to detail philosophy.
