We are seeking talented and experienced chefs for a 4* hotel in County Wexford. The successful candidate will fit into a strong and dynamic team to execute a first‑class culinary experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities
* Day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and service.
* Assisting with the overall development of the team.
* Lead and train the kitchen team, fostering a positive and efficient working environment.
* Manage food costs, inventory, and ordering in line with budgetary targets.
* Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
* Collaborate with the Executive Head Chef to create seasonal menus and new dishes.
Requirements
* 1+ years proven experience as a Chef De Partie and above.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Have a track record of training and developing individuals to achieve their best.
* Excellent culinary skills with a passion for delivering high-quality, fresh, and innovative dishes.
* Solid understanding of kitchen operations, including cost control and stock management.
* Up-to-date knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
