As a result, our people get to enjoy working on some of the most exciting projects in the worldJob DescriptionFTC role on the Market Engagement team, supporting Pivotal Rail Project for all 2025 & 2026 eventsPrincipal AccountabilitiesEvent Planning and CoordinationOrganise and manage multiple events across various cities in the EU, ensuring consistency in execution and delivery (includes, but is not limited to, deliverables around the press, media, logistics, planning, scheduling, ordering, and items related post-event).Collaborate with internal teams to define event objectives, themes, and target audiences for each engagement.Develop comprehensive event timelines, schedules and deliverables ensuring milestones are met.Track and manage the financials related to the events.Work collaboratively with our external hospitality team to ensure event(s) are delivered to a high standard.Presentation & Media DevelopmentWork with our Comms team and members of the Directorate to create bespoke, high-quality presentations & media pieces many of which will require tailoring to specific organizations, audiences and mediums within the market.Collaborate with content teams and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of presentations & media pieces.Ensure all presentations & media align with project goals, tone of voice, messaging and branding.Experience & SkillsStrong PM background with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneouslyExceptional attention to detail, organizational skills and problem solvingAbility to create and customize presentations for diverse audiencesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExperience working in a matrix organizationAbility to work in a fast paced environmentAble to work throughout Available asapQualificationsA degree in engineering, construction or a related subject matter or equivalent experience is desirable but not required.Professional MembershipsWorking towards a professional qualification such as Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS), Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or relevant equivalent e.g. Membership of Institute of Management Consulting or Association of Project Management is desirable.Additional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
