Assistant Manager Job Overview
Red Chair Recruitment is currently accepting applications for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our well-established hotel clients in Co. Kerry.
The role of an Assistant Manager includes assisting the General Manager with daily operations, providing excellent customer service to all employees and working as part of a team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of this hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the General Manager with day-to-day operations
* Provide exceptional customer service to employees and guests
* Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a smooth and efficient hotel operation
Requirements:
* At least 2 Years Hospitality Management experience in busy Hotel, Restaurant or Bar environment
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Excellent Communication, Leadership, Customer Service, Time Management & Rostering Skills
* A Friendly and approachable personality when dealing with fellow staff and guests
* Excellent Organizational skills and the ability to oversee & delegate work to others
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to motivate self and team
