About the Role
The Luxury Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring all guests receive attentive and professional service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Event Planning & Setup: Assist in the planning, setup and breakdown of all conference and banqueting events according to event specifications.
* Team Leadership: Lead the daily operations of the service team, ensuring a consistent and high-quality service delivery.
* Guest Service Delivery: Deliver exceptional guest experiences by ensuring all guests receive attentive and professional service.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to hotel service standards, health & safety regulations and hygiene protocols.

Requirements and Qualifications
