Customer Service Representative – Dublin (On-Site)
Full-time, Permanent
Main Responsibilities
* Respond to customer queries by phone, email, and in person
* Handle orders, returns, and general enquiries
* Resolve issues quickly and professionally
* Keep customer records up to date
* Work with other teams to help resolve customer problems
* Support the team during busy periods (sales, promotions, holidays)
What We’re Looking For
* 1–2 years of customer service or retail experience
* Good communication skills (written and spoken)
* Confident using email, phone systems, and Microsoft Office
* Positive attitude and a team player
* Able to stay calm under pressure
* Fully available to work on-site in our Dublin office
