About the Role
The Maintenance Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operational performance of production and building operations.
* Coordinate maintenance technicians to ensure adherence to safety protocols and provide effective support for production and facilities.
* Oversee routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment according to the established maintenance schedule.
* Troubleshoot and maintain building systems, encompassing electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and landscaping.
* Liaise with production and other departments to minimize downtime and facilitate shutdown planning.
* Manage contractors, vendors, and procurement of parts and supplies, ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the maintenance function.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A 3rd-level qualification in an Engineering or Maintenance discipline (Diploma, Trade or similar).
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong problem-solving skills with experience in mechanics and pneumatics.
* Proficiency in computer systems and maintenance scheduling tools.
* Full B driving licence.
* (Desirable) Hands-on experience in industrial mechanical fitting.
