Responsibilities Lead and manage engineering teams in the planning and execution of construction projects.
Ensure projects meet quality standards, are delivered on time, and stay within budget.

Oversee and review engineering designs, calculations, and specifications to ensure feasibility and compliance.
Implement best practices for project management and engineering processes to optimize efficiency.
Mentor and develop engineering staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to facilitate project success.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in a managerial role within the steel industry.
Strong understanding of engineering principles, project management techniques, and construction processes.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and compliance standards in construction.
