This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Wedding Coordinator who will be assisting the Weddings & Events Manager in all aspects of wedding planning and execution.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing event schedules
* Liasing with couples and vendors
* Maintaining high standard of customer service
* Administration
* Addressing client needs on the day of the event
Perfect for a candidate already in the hospitality industry or for someone who wants to kickstart their career in events.
Event or hospitality experience is required, wedding experience is desirable.Working hours may vary during each week and include some weekday evenings and weekends.
This role is available from March onwards.
