The Role
This role focuses on troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving issues related to localized software and devices. You will work closely with development teams, QA, and translators to identify problems, propose solutions, and ensure products meet high-quality standards in multiple languages.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify issues on localized software, hardware, and documentation issues
* Diagnose and troubleshoot functional, UI, and language-related problems
* Perform detailed testing to replicate and resolve issues before release
* Log, track, and follow issues to resolution using internal tools
* Collaborate with developers, QA teams, translators, and project managers globally
* Contribute to process improvements and documentation for technical troubleshooting
Skills & Experience
* Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
* Native-level proficiency in the required language
* Experience with software testing, QA, or technical support
* Comfortable using troubleshooting tools and diagnostic software
* Basic understanding of software localization and internationalization processes
* Experience with automation or coding (Swift, Python, Ruby, Objective-C) is a plus
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
